Teams includes a 14-day free trial and is billed through Stripe from your organization’s billing settings; you only pay for admins and agents. Enterprise is arranged with our team. Organizations that install Fulfilra from the Atlassian Marketplace are billed by Atlassian instead. Member count, approval steps, and request templates are all enforced by the app to match the limits above.
