The service
Fulfilra is a service request catalog that integrates with Jira Service Management. Plans and their limits are described on the pricing page.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity of members you invite into your organization, and for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Data ownership
You own the data you put into Fulfilra. Deleting your organization permanently erases it — see the Privacy Policy.
Availability
No SLA is committed on Free or Teams plans in the current MVP. An Enterprise SLA statement is pending (CUTOVER-RUNBOOK.md §2.4).
